Productvraag is a price comparison site that pulls product data and pricing daily from connected webshops and international marketplaces. Our Dutch catalog is built around Bol.com — the largest online marketplace in the Netherlands — supplemented by additional retailers for specialist categories and international coverage. When you open a category or run a search, we show which webshop currently offers the lowest price for each product, alongside filters for brand, price range and availability. Clicking a listing takes you straight to the chosen webshop, where you complete the purchase in the usual way: Productvraag does not process orders itself, holds no personal buying information and keeps no inventory of its own. Every product page bundles all current offers in a single overview, with links to our independent buying guides whenever we have written one for that specific category. That way you get a complete, up-to-date view in one place without visiting every store yourself.

Yes, Productvraag is completely free for visitors. There are no accounts, subscriptions or paywalls needed to compare products, read our buying guides or view live prices. Our revenue model is affiliate-based: when you click through one of our links to a webshop and buy something there, we receive a small commission from that webshop. That commission is already factored into the shop's regular marketing budget and therefore has no effect on the price you pay — the webshop offers the same price to visitors arriving via advertising or a direct search. We are never paid to rank a specific product higher, no webshop can buy its way into our results, and sorting always follows price, rating or genuine relevance. That is how we can stay independent while keeping the site free for you as a visitor.

Yes. Productvraag is an independent comparison site: no webshop or brand can buy a position, and there is no editorial arrangement that favours particular sellers. Offers on product pages are sorted by lowest price by default; category pages are ordered by relevance combined with availability and rating. In our buying guides we pick recommended products based on public specifications, results from independent testing sources and user reviews — never on commission. Products for which we hold no affiliate link may still appear in a guide when they are objectively the best fit for the intended purpose. Our commission is only paid after you complete a purchase at the webshop; that is our incentive to point you to the product that actually fits, because a returned or unsatisfying item earns us nothing. Opinions in guides are those of our editors.

We import a fresh feed from every connected webshop and network partner daily — usually during the late evening and early morning, outside visitor peak hours. Prices, stock levels and product titles are refreshed during that pass so that they are up to date the next morning. Alongside the overnight main run, several smaller update cycles run during the day to specifically refresh prices and availability for the most viewed products, so cards on popular deals rarely show stale information. Some webshops also deliver intra-day updates through their affiliate network, which we ingest automatically as they become available. For definitive certainty about the exact price at the moment of ordering, we always refer through to the webshop itself — the link takes you straight to the live price at the retailer. Very volatile prices can therefore occasionally differ slightly between our overview and the final checkout amount.

We compare live prices from connected webshops that make their product feeds available for price comparison. Bol.com forms the base of most of our Dutch inventory: electronics, home appliances, garden and DIY articles, toys and more. In addition, we show offers from specialist Dutch and Belgian webshops that fill out different categories — from electronics specialists to broader department retailers. For international offers, particularly in lifestyle, gadget and niche categories, we pull products from selected international marketplaces. New partners are added structurally whenever their catalog adds meaningful coverage and meets our requirements: complete product data, reliable fulfilment and a reasonable return policy. Webshops that do not publish a price-comparison feed — for example some specialist craft stores or newly launched brands — are not yet technically connected; suggestions for expansion are welcome through the contact form.
