2 years after releasing their debut album, King Dalton, the band with a lot of psychedelic grooves, is back with "Thilda"!

"Thilda" is the beautiful conclusion of working & living in the classical villa "Thilda" in Kalmthout where the band had the chance to breath, live and work music for months on their long awaited second album!

"Thilda" starts where their debut album left off! King Dalton's original sound as a sexy mix of avantgarde folk & blues covered with exotic world grooves & Zappanese soulfunk, is now even more exciting with the introduction of soundscapes throughout the album and crispy guitar distortions!

"Making the same album all over again was not an option" bass Dalton Tomas De Smet revealed to WasteMyRecords vintage label! "This time the sound got darker, lyrics more complex and electronica was added to break with the stigma of a folkrock band!"

While recording in Villa Thilda, King Dalton also provided the soundtrack for the tv series "Tom & Harry" and "Jewel Pleasures" (bonus track on "Thilda").
