Via deze poorten sluit u de bureautelefoon aan op uw netwerk en kunt het toestel direct van PoE-voeding voorzien. De CCX 500 bevat ook een USB-poort type-A en een USB-poort type-C waarop u een WiFi-module in de vorm van een USB-dongle kunt aansluiten. Zowel de USB-poort als de RJ-9 poort zijn geschikt om een headset aan te koppelen, die u bijvoorbeeld kunt dragen als de omgeving echt te rumoerig is.
