In 2006, a "warped castle" suddenly appeared in the sky above Tokyo. This gigantic castle houses weapons that hunt gods, and many stories revolve around it. Players can choose from seven characters, each with their own unique abilities, using kicks, special Shikigami attacks, and bombs to defeat enemies. The stories of each character are intricately connected, creating an interesting narrative for the shooter. There are a total of 5 stages, with different stories for each character. During two-player gameplay, the combination of characters used will determine a completely different story, which is fully voiced in Japanese. Features include a new Entry Mode with revamped enemy placement, a Dramatic Change Mode where players can switch between characters, and the ability to enjoy the story with the different personalities of each of the seven main characters. Players can fight using three types of attacks: normal attack, Shikigami attack, and special attack. There are 5 stages divided into 2 parts, with a boss in each part. Simultaneous two-player play is available (local only). Players can aim for high scores using the TBS (Tension Bonus System), which rewards players for approaching enemies or enemy bullets.
