Kexcelled TPU (afkorting van Thermoplastic Polyurethaan) is een fantastisch filament als je op zoek bent naar iets flexibels en duurzaams. Het heeft unieke eigenschappen die het elastisch maken als rubber, maar toch duurzaam als plastic! Het wordt vaak de brug tussen rubbers en kunststoffen genoemd. De TPU 90A van Kexcelled geeft aan dat het harder is dan TPU 85A, maar toch flexibel en beter bestand tegen deuken. Hoe hoger het getal, hoe harder het resultaat, maar toch biedt het nog steeds rek- en buigkwaliteiten.
De hoge duurzaamheid van TPU betekent dat het veel hogere druk- en trekkrachten kan weerstaan dan de meer gebruikelijke materialen. Het vertoont minimale kromtrekking en krimp.
