This will Work! The past year i have changed my life around an following this exentixe routine has helped me look ant feel amazing i have lost the weight by using this workout and by eating sensibly. This workout is based around interval training which changes troughout the programme for lower and upper arms to get you in the best shape ever!

It is really easy to follow the routines and the great, pumping pop music keeps tou inspired the whole way through. Don't forget to start with the warm up and finish with the cool down and stretches.

No matter how busy you are, you can fit this into your life. There are longer workouts (about an hour) for those that want to go fot it as well as shorter workouts (about 25 min) so even if you are a busy working Mum, like i am, you can still look and feel fantastic.

It's fast furious and fun. If you do this workout 3-5 times per week you will see a missive diference.
