BKCJ-0402 - 12 Tooth XD-15 Ceramic Hybrid Derailleur Pulley Set

Upgrade your SRAM 12-speed road and gravel bike with these high-performance machined Delrin derailleur pulleys. Featuring XD-15 Ceramic-Hybrid radial bearings, they deliver superior shifting accuracy, durability, and corrosion resistance. Designed with tight clearance (CN) bearings in the upper pulley for precise gear shifts and loose clearance (C4) bearings in the lower pulley to accommodate chain movement, these pulleys are built for optimal performance. Made from 500 AF Delrin with Teflon infusion, they offer high tensile strength, low friction, and resistance to moisture, chemicals, and UV rays, ensuring long-lasting smooth operation. The exclusive XD-15 bearings combine cryogenically treated nitrogen steel races with Silicon Nitride Grade 5 ceramic balls for unmatched durability and performance. Equipped with high-quality Kluber NBU52 grease, these pulleys maintain smoothness over time, resisting washout. Designed as a direct fit upgrade, they feature 4mm upper and 5mm lower bolt holes for easy installation. Available in various configurations, including Ceramic-Hybrid and Black-Oxide treated options, all proudly manufactured in the USA.
